We represent a number of domestic and foreign clients and provide them with legal advice in the area of acquisition of Czech companies and enterprises in various fields of business. This includes representation in court and administrative proceedings related to the filing of documents in public records, submission of obligatory notices, acquisition of licences and changes in registered documents. We also provide legal advice in the areas of due diligence related to the acquisition of completed real estate projects, land and/or land with buildings for reconstruction, preparation of contracts for implementation of development projects, development projects, closing and discharge of construction contracts as well as planning and as well as planning and construction procedures and issuing of occupancy permits. We provide full legal advice in the preparation of transaction documents and closing, including contractual arrangements aimed to secure the fulfilment of obligations, and also during the performance of contracts and the process of resolving the related legal issues and disputes.
