JUDr. Dana Kořínková, Ph.D., LL.M.
Dana Kořínková graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 1993. She received the title of Master of Laws (Mgr.) and, subsequently, the titles JUDr. and Ph.D. From 1999 to 2000, she attended postgraduate studies at the Law Faculty of Dresden University of Technology, where she obtained the title LL.M. From 1996 to 2000, she worked in the Prague branch of Feddersen, Laule, Ewerwahn, Scherzberg, Finkelnburg & Clemm. From 2000 to 2004, she was employed as a Senior Lawyer and, subsequently, a European Counsel in the Prague office of the SALANS law firm (formerly Altheimer&Gray). She also lectures, tutors and publishes regularly. Dana Kořínková is a member of both the Czech Bar Association and the Slovak Bar Association and has gained experience as a bankruptcy trustee. She is an arbitrator for domestic as well as international disputes at the Arbitration Court which is attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
